An all natural face & body scrub with Hempseed oil using the extraction of the seed as the exfoliator which is simply heavenly for your skin as it contains valuable nutrients important in maintaining healthy skin. 

Hemp seed oil replenishes our (EFA'S), which helps our skin hold moisture, making it a natural humectant. The effectiveness of our barrier function is what determines the moisture level of our skin, thus the health, softness and smoothness. Essential Fatty Acids (EFA'S) specifically Omega 6, Omega 3 and Omega 9 preserve this barrier.

Hemp seed oil is made up of 80% essential fatty acid, the highest amount of any other plant. Hemp seed oil prevents moisture loss on a physiological level; it doesnt just merely "coat" the skin as do other oils. It contains the ideal ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3 based on our cells needs. Directions: With a clean face use 2 tablespoons and massage the mixture on to your skin, leave on for about 10-15 minutes, wash off with luke warm water and pat dry. Moisturize lightly.
